They are dishonest and extremely rude. It seams that this office and the manager is especially trained to rip patients off. If you have issues with billing or with your insurance, they are not willing to extend you any courtesy whatsoever. They are absolutely not willing to work with you in order to resolve your billing/insurance issues. Keeping patiens is clearly not the priority here. The goal at Culver Del Rey Dental center is to make you spend as much money out of pocket as they possibly can, even if it includes totally unnecessary dental work. Basically the manager treats the patients as they are all idiots. If there would be an award for the "worst dental office ever" Culver Del Rey Dental Center would be the winner, no doubt. DO NOT GO THERE.

Do not go to this Dental Office. The staff are horrible and unhygenic. I had a consultation there, and the staff NEVER mentioned it would not be covered by my Dental Insurance.
Seriously, with dental care being as expensive as it is who would see a specialist for a consultation if this person does not accept your health insurance?
I was charged $180 for a 15 minutes consultation, with the Specialist. The Specialist left me to see another patient for half an hour, and they he came back to see me. So I was stuck at the dental office for 45 minutes.
Save yourself a headache, and don't visit this Dental Center.

"Don't go there unless you want to be treated like cattle.
This is a very unethical dental office.
I only went there because it was close to my home and because my they took California Dental Insurance. The first time I called there and got put on hold for 15 min to get my first appointment should have been already a sign not to go there. I got a crown down, they charged me a arm and a leg for it and it was done very unprofessional, the staff, including all 3 dentists there are TERRIBLE, all they want is your money - they treat you like you are an animal and not a human being. STAY FAR FAR AWAY, any other dentist is probably much better in Culver City , it can't get worse
