Just like Lili Du & everyone else above, I am very dispointed by Fu Yan hair treatment. Before I signed the contract, they promised if this is not working, I will get 30% refund. I paid big bucks (about $2700), and took the hair photo for the future comparison. During the three month streatment, I followed all the instruction. After I finshed, I had told the ower I didn't see my hair regrowth. The owner got many excuses to not give me a clear answer. Finally about six months later, I got the chance to talk with owner again. His anwer is I haven't followed all their instruction, so refund. They are not clean and they are not licensed for the procedure, they are stealing money and they should be shut down. If anyone has any idea on what can we do, let us know.

The place is not clean. $2600, plus lots of hidden cost like others said before. The successful rate is around 35%, i Found this out from a lady who used to work there in 2007. So very likely it's not going to work. it's like gambling, it may it may not. the salesperson "doctor" with no medical degree only show you some old pictures that show great improvements, but not many new photos. Don't waste your money and spread the words. This fu yan also do lots of commercial in newspaper...... stop the bad practice.

Thanks for the below comments, seems like non of you guys fully satisfied with the treatment.
I went there last week and show some pictures and before and after and keep calling me to get this done.
See the below comment I feel that this is not worth for the money and time.

It's expensive and seems to work as long as you are doing the treatments. Once the treatment ends, hair will fall off. Also the place is not clean and you may get infection to your scalp from others. They are bunch of Chinese with no medical license at all. Just a business licence.

I spent almost $3000 and there is no result. the old manager said that he will pay my money if there is no result before i pay money. However, when I complete my 14 times treatment and I ask he pay my money back. He refuse give me. He said that I signed the aggreement so he don`t have any responsibility for my hair.

35 yr old male. My brother got this done, had a bald spot about 3 inches in diameter, he was quoted $2500 for 14 treatments. After 9 treatments the bald spot is completely gone and said he'd be happy with it as is. His knuckles have started to grow hair as well though and other places. Yes they told him about supplements after treatments are done. To him it was worth it. What other options are there?!
I am a 33 yr old female and have very fine hair and am thinking about having it done.

27 year old male. Saw definite improvement in thinning hair and much less hair loss while taking treatments. Now that treatments are over I have began to lose hair again. They failed to mention that your body will begin to grow excess hair in other areas as well due to the "herbal" meds (I have not began to lose that hair). Quite expensive and appear to be more like salesman than professionals. Try to sell you the "HBS" for the great deal of $180 while others who aren't clients have to pay $300. I got mine on eBay FROM A SELLER IN EDMONTON with the name of "S. Ho" for $37.75 US!! In summary, I would not recommend this hair treatment to any of you reading this. Quite expensive, time consuming, and lots of hidden costs both during and after treatments are complete. Would suggest to save your money and find a better alternative than these guys. As I said earlier, I most definitely had increased hair growth, but it has began to fall out again and I will be surprised if I'm not back to square one in a few months.

young male, thinning, no results were observed. base price $2600.however at the end of treatment they then tell you that you must purchase a device for $180, and also remain on thier "Herbal" supplement for another year after treatment which is $160 for a ONE month supply.so your looking at about $4700. much more then other sources of treatment.waste of money in my opinion.this review/results were based on my own experience with this franchise, results may vary with other people.but they do say the younger crowd receive better results.
PS:i found the suppliers website in china that provide for fu yan and they sell the products for almost half the price Fu Yan does.
