Background Info/History in Brief

Phase One

Cosmetic Live was under development midway through 2007. The directory portion of the website was launched in testing mode (”beta testing”) in the fall of 2007. This was a “soft” release as we worked through the development of the site. No formal announcements were made, yet thousands of visitors poured into the site.

Phase Two

With the success of the first phase, the full magazine portion was placed into development. There is a drought in the amount of available information regarding cosmetic beauty and so an interactive community magazine was developed to bring specialists and non-professionals together. The magazine portion of the website launched in late 2008.
