What is the minimum Facelift age?

May 15, 2009 by Editor

What is the minimum recommended age for a facelift? Is there a maximum age for facelift procedures? Generally speaking, is there an ideal age? Should teens get a facelift?

In general, you are “old enough” to benefit from a facelift when your jawline and/or neckline are sagging noticeably, and when a significant and longlasting improvement can reasonably be expected from surgery.

For people in good health, there is really no maximum age; one is “too old” when medical conditions such as heart disease make surgery unsafe.
