I went there for a package and all of the services seemed very short. I also did not get offered the included "snack". When I questioned the shortness of the facial and massage the receptionist called the owner who said that they massage should have each been 60 minutes (the receptionist said 45 minutes each). I only received a 25 minute "full body" massage (ONLY neck and shoulders) and a 25 minute mini-facial. When I pointed out that I only received half of the services they were expecting me to pay for they didn't care and still expected me to pay full price. I am in the process of disputing this charge now and I just received a poorly written rebuttal from the spa manager that is full of lies. Please, save yourself the drama of dealing with a completely unprofessional management team.
